Jiah Khan’s live-in-relationship with Soora Pancholi was known. Heer suicide stunned Bollywood, and it raised questions about his involvement. Despite the police and CBI ruling it a suicide, Jiah’s mother, Rabbiya, and her family maintained it was a pre-planned murder.

Frustrated, Jiah’s mother, Rabbiya, hired foreign forensic experts.Their inquiry yielded stunning information. She told the Mumbai High Court that the first officer suspected fabricated suicide during the ‘panchanama’. Reasons for suspicion included: injury marks on Jiah’s face and arm, unlocked balcony windows, a broken drawer handle suggesting a brawl, and a mysteriously missing white dupatta used in the hanging. Rabbiya protested that police and CBI ignored these irregularities.
