Akwaba Beach (1987) inspired the 1991 movie Hum Talking about its story, Tiger, angry at the death of his father at the hands of Bakhtavar, swears to kill him. He tries to kill him, but Inspector Giridhar stops him and drives Tiger away. Later, Giridhar steals Bakhtavar’s house and kills Bakhtavar’s family. Tiger gets false blame for all these incidents, and Tiger leaves his love and past and goes away somewhere with his two brothers and starts a new life.
