During the filming of Muqaddar Ka Sikandar, Amitabh Bachchan accidentally injured Vinod Khanna while shooting a scene where he had to fling a glass in anger, causing a deep cut on Vinod Khanna’s chin. Amitabh Bachchan immediately rushed Vinod Khanna to the hospital and ensured he received proper treatment. Despite this, Vinod Khanna reportedly still recalled the incident as an unforgiving accident.
