Hrishitaa Bhatt tied the knot with boyfriend Anand Tiwari on March 4, 2017, in an exotic ceremony. The actress’ wedding to the diplomat for the United Nations was largely a private event. Hrishitaa looked beautiful in a coral lehenga paired up with a light gold dupatta while hubby Anand looked dapper in a beige and gold sherwani with a velvet maroon turban. He carried a coral dupatta to complement Hrishitaa’s attire.
Actress Sagarika Ghatge of Chak De! India fame and cricketer Zaheer Khan exchanged their nuptial vows in a private ceremony at the cricketer’s Lower Parel residence in Mumbai on November 23, 2017, in the presence of family and close friends. The two had exchanged rings in May with a grand engagement ceremony. The couple reportedly had a registered marriage in a low key ceremony where Sagarika was seen clad in a red saree and her handsome hubby sported a baby pink Kurta. The couple’s families and close friends attended the wedding. Bollywood made its presence felt with appearances from celebs like Bobby Deol, Sohail Khan, Ishita’s on-screen father from Drishyam Ajay Devgn with wife Kajol among others at the Weddings reception. Ishita looked like delight in her red lehenga and Vatsal looked dapper in a cream sherwani.
Neil Nitin Mukesh and Rukmini Sahay married in an intimate Hindu ceremony on February 9, 2017. Their Udaipur wedding was a fairytale come true. Neil wore a regal cream and maroon sherwani, while Rukmini shone in a red and orange lehenga. The festivities went on for days, thus easily making this one of the fanciest weddings in B-town. Family and close friends attended the ceremony. Aftab wore a stylish white kurta pyjama with silver work and a turban. Nin shone in an ivory lehenga with gold embroidery, but her Kundan jewelry stole the show.
The celebrations spanned two days. Day one featured a Mehendi ceremony and a beach party. On day two, the couple had a traditional Hindu wedding, with a pundit flown in from Mumbai. They walked around the fire, marking their union. Sri Lankan monks performed a Buddhist blessing.
