Khud-Daar’s Plot
The story is about two brothers, Rajesh and Govind(Amitabh), who are raised by their older stepbrother, Hari. When Hari has to complete his law degree away from home, his newly wedded wife ill-treats the two younger brothers, forcing them to leave the home. They both travel to Mumbai to try their luck, and after doing some labor work, the brothers are given shelter by a widower. Govind starts driving a taxi to earn their living and provide for the brother Rajesh and his education. However, Rajesh, attracted to the riches and the lavish lifestyle, marries a rich girl, the daughter of Seth Verma, and starts living with his in-laws. Unknowingly, Rajesh gets involved with drug smuggling, and his brother-in-law Bansi cheats him into the marriage to use him for the illegal activities.

Tragedy strikes soon after. Rajesh realizes his mistakes and seeks his brother Govind’s mercy. Govind is found at the murder scene and is falsely framed. The judge handling his case is none other than their older brother Hari. Hari, seeing his brothers in distress, steps down from the role of the judge and becomes their attorney.

Govind (Amitabh) tracksdown the truth through court hearings and investigations. The wicked brother-in-law, Bansi, the mastermind, is convicted. The three brothers unite in a happy ending to the film.

Here we end another film as we move on to the next in the episodes of Amitabh Bachchan films.
