We welcome you once again to the illustrious career journey of Amitabh Bachchan. We bring to you one more interesting film, Pyar Ki Kahani.
a film released in 1971. Not an Amitabh Bachchan Rekha Love story but
It’s about his film Pyar Ki Kahani, a romantic comedy film directed by Ravikant Nagaich.

This was Amitabh’s third film, starring opposite the gorgeous Tanuja.
Amitabh Bachchan and Tanuja starred together only once in Pyar Ki Kahani. Despite their on-screen chemistry, they never paired up again. Interestingly, this film was a remake of the 1964 Tamil film Kai Kodutha Deivam, following the current trend of remakes. But the film bombed, and it was one of
the consecutive flops of Amitabh’s films.

“Romance & Comedy Entwined”

The filmmakers had initially planned to cast Jeetendra, but he already had commitments to six films. Due to Bollywood’s rule limiting actors to six concurrent projects, Jeetendra had to opt out. Amitabh Bachchan was then signed as the lead actor.

“Early Amitabh, Timeless Charm”

Pyar Ki Kahani Story Of Amitabh Bachchan

Amitabh Bachchan plays Ram Chand, a well-qualified individual struggling to find a job. He settles for a peon role in an organization. One day, he meets Ravi Chand, played by Anil Dhawan, who’s about to commit suicide. Ram saves him and invites him to live with him. Weeks later, Ravi becomes the Manager at Ram’s company, where Ram works as a peon. After he gets the job he meets Lata a girl from his college with whom he falls in love.

in the role as Lata, and he marries her. Seeing Ravi get married, Ram’s
parents also want him to get married and suggest he get married to
his fiancée Kusum, essayed by Tanuja. Ram happily shows the photograph of
himself and Tanuja to his friends Ravi and Kusum. To his
astonishment, Ravi advises him not to get married to Kusum. Ram is in a
dilemma and now wants to find out why Ravi has stopped him from getting
married to Kusum .

He starts looking for the reason  and was shocked to know Ravi and
Kusum were once in a relationship and were in love and finds out
Kusum’s reputation. Though Amitabh Bachchan plays as the hero, this film
did not do well and was one more flop added to his list of unsuccessful
films and his struggle continued in the film industry

In the film, music is rendered by R.D. Burman, and the playback is by Lata Mangeshkar, Mohammed Rafi, and Kishore Kumar. So
