The key reason behind suspecting Sridevi’s death is her forensic report which was made public. After reading the reports many people have raised eyebrows. The report has several loopholes that indicate that Sridevi did not die accidentally but was murdered! Not just the fans, even the Kerala Director General of Police (Prisons) Rishiraj Singh expressed his uncertainties over Sridevi’s death.
Reports Published Around Sridevi’s Death
In a column of a reputed Kerala newspaper, Kerala Director General of Police (Prisons) Rishiraj Singh wrote that his friend, late Dr. Umadathan, a forensic expert, after reading the forensic report of Sridevi told him that Sridevi‘s death appears to be a murder and not an accidental death! Supporting his claims, Dr. Umadathan stated that no adult can drown in one-foot-deep water, evn while drunk. A person would only drown if someone holds both their legs and keeps their head submerged for a prolonged period.
Former Delhi Assistant Commissioner of Police Ved Bhushan also raised eyebrows and alleged that Sridevi‘s death was murder and not due to accidental drowning. He argued that if the cause of death was “accidental drowning” then Boney Kapoor, who was in the same home why didn’t he hear any noise or scream when Sridevi fell in the bathtub? Secondly, reports suggest that Boney Kapoor checked the bathroom at 7:30 pm and found Sridevi motionless lying in the bathtub. If that was the case, why didn’t Boney Kapoor inform the police immediately? Why did Boney Kapoor call the police one and a half hours at 9:00 pm. What was he doing with a motionless Sridevi??? And thirdly, doctors initially declared Sridevi‘s death due to a heart attack but later the statement was altered to “accidental drowning”!!
Last but not least the forensic reports were signed by preventive medicine department and not by the forensic department!! What is more mystifying is that despite the death of a celebrated star like Sridevi, the Dubai police did not care to investigate the CCTV cameras in the hotel before announcing her death as an accident???? Thus all this rise suspicion of a cold-blooded murder!!
