The film is heartwarming as Bhajrangi Bhaijaan, essayed by Salman Khan, helps her unite with her family in Pakistan. The comedy drama film had the little girl Harshaali Malhotra in a debut role, in her brilliant acting. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Kareena Kapoor Khan are also in the lead roles.

Ali Abbas Zafar directed Sultan, a sports drama starring Salman Khan as a wrestler. Aditya Chopra produced the film under Yash Raj Films banner and they released it on Eid in July 2016. The sports drama film received positive reviews from the critics for Khan’s performance. Alongside was actress Anushka Sharma in the lead female role, and Randeep Hooda and Amit Sadh.

Kabir Khan essayed by Salman Khan, Tubelight, a drama set in the 1960s Sino Indian War, didn’t match much to the actor Salman Khan’s expectations.

Bharat was another film of Salman Khan released on the occasion of Eid in the year 2019. The film was released worldwide on 6000 screens, which included 4700 screens in India. The drama film had Salman Khan playing the lead role and was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and was jointly produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan under the Salman Khan Banner Reel Life Productions and T-Series.
